Newmarket: Manaccan
Has the benefit or racecourse experience and run well in both starts. Only half a length behind Maglev in an above average race for the grade and that is backed up on the clock.
Manaccan is going to be a short price for the 2.10 Newmarket but anything around evens makes him a great bet. Unlike most of these he has the benefit of racing experience and he carries a good level with that.
He finished half a length behind the useful Maglev at Yarmouth, with an excellent adjusted speed rating of 71. Several from that race have come out and run well in a higher grade therefore the form compliments the speed rating.
