Musselburgh Tips: Mambo Fever
Unlucky at Haydock when not getting the run of the race but lightly raced and up to winning in this grade.
The lightly raced Mambo Fever should have too much for her rivals in the 3.15 Musselburgh racing off a mark of 59.
She was desperately unlucky last time out at Haydock, sitting too far back and letting the winner get a soft lead. As the pace quickened she was caught in a pocket a forced to switch wide.
She ran easily the fastest closing sectional in the race but couldn’t reel in the winner.
Her speed rating, with sectional upgrade, is good enough to win at this level and if Philip Makin rides her a bit more handily she should win at 5/4 (William Hill).
