Lingfield Tips: Seven Clans

In just 13 starts, Seven Clans has already enjoyed a varied career. He’s been tried over numerous distances, including 2-mile hurdling but it seems Neil Mullholland has struck upon the right combination.

Adam Kirby is 2/2 on the horse, both times on the all-weather and the pair team up for the 2.00 Lingfield.

Last time out he was a comfortable 3.5 length winner at Wolverhampton and I was impressed by the way he quickened off a solid gallop to record the fastest closing sectional in the race by 0.68s.

The handicapper has bumped him up 7lbs for that win but a good bit of placement sees Seven Clans race in a class 6 handicap again. The application of blinkers have also had a positive impact and he looks hard to beat.
