Kempton Tips: Willow Spring
Third start for new yard and shaped with promise from poor draw at Lingfield last time.
The 5.50 Kempton isn’t much of a race but I fancy Willow Spring can turnaround the form with Fabulous Flyer. The pair finished 1-3 last time at Lingfield but it’s not just a pull in the weights that can alter the result.
Willow Spring was further back in a steadily run race due to her wide draw and she had a tougher trip than Fabulous Flyer.
At the line, a length separated the pair but Willow Spring ran the fastest closing sectional. She hasn’t been with Denis Quinn long, this is only her third start for a new yard and she looks primed for a big run with the eye-catching booking of Sean Levey.
