Kempton Tips: Suspect Package
Clocked an impressive 22.78s closing sectional which suggests he could be better than an opening handicap mark of 73.
Suspect Package makes his handicap debut in the 4.10 Kempton off a mark of 73 and the handicapper might have underestimated his ability.
Last time out he was held-up in a race with a steady early pace (109.8% finishing speed) and despite not getting the clearest of runs around the bend, still clocked the fastest closing sectional of 22.78s.
His final 2f split hints at horse with more ability than a mark of 73 and the overall time was also good for the grade.
James Fanshawe has an excellent 20% strike rate on the all-weather over the past five seasons and Suspect Package could add to his tally if Daniel Muscutt can overcome a tricky draw.
