Kempton Tips: Holley Shiftwell
One of the few hold-up performers in a race jammed full of pace. Not beaten far in a Listed contest on her last start.
The 4.50 Kempton is a decent sprint handicap that should be run at a strong gallop given the number of prominent racers in the field.
Holley Shiftwell is one of the few who likes to be held up and the race could be set up for her.
Last time out she was only beaten four lengths in a Listed race but her mark remains unchanged. People might question the validity of the form but the ground was probably too soft for her at Ascot and if anything her run deserves upgrading.
In August, she recorded a fast time when winning at Newmarket, which suggests she is up to winning in this grade. From a good draw, she should go close at 10/3 (Skybet).
