Kempton Tips: Arctic Lynx
Only beaten 0.75 lengths when last tried over course and distance and given a chance at the weights.
Arctic Lynx finished a close third over course and distance a couple of months ago and he holds strong claims in the 4.10 Kempton, returned to the same grade.
Robert Cowell’s sprinter rarely runs a bad race but the pace usually dictates his chances. He needs to be held-up off a strong gallop and there are enough front-runners in the field to suggest the race will be run to suit.
Arctic Lynx has been given a chance at the weights and his trainer has a 29% strike-rate (4-14) in all-weather claimers. It all points to a big run and he is overpriced at 14/1 (Bet365).
