Kempton Tip: Warba

Warba finished second in a near identical race a fortnight ago and should be given another chance over course and distance. He didn’t do a lot wrong behind the well backed favourite Belgravian and his finishing position can be marked up slightly after the winner made all.

Considering the low grade, he ran a fair speed rating and this isn’t the first time he’s shown some ability. Last December he clocked a rapid 21.89s closing sectional at Lingfield and although helped by the steady early pace, it was an eye-catching effort on the clock. There might be something there.
