Fastest closer last time out at Lingfield. Clocked 22.02s for final 2f and form of the race looks solid. Fair speed rating when accounting for pace and on paper only has the debutant to worry about.
The 4.55 Kempton is a slightly awkward contest. Debutant Flaming Dawn has been priced up near the front of the market, connections and trainer shouldn’t be taken lightly but without her i’d be even more keen on T Maxie than I already am.
Things didn’t pan out ideally at Lingfield last time. A wide draw meant she raced in rear behind a moderate gallop and could only make limited headway, visually at least. On the clock she covered the final 2f in a rapid 22.02s, the fastest closing sectional of the contest. The form looks solid and Em Jay Kay (third) has run well since; overall she looks the best bet.
