Kakashan Can Strike On Debut

John Gosden won last year’s renewal of the 2.45 Haydock with the unraced Lap Of Luxury and history could be about to repeat itself with Kakashan.

At 250,000 gns she was an expensive sales purchase so connections must have seen something they liked.

John Gosden has a terrific 41% strike-rate (9-22) with his juveniles at Haydock and is 4-5 at the track this season.

Because she is unraced she is difficult to judge but at the prices I’m happy to concede that John Gosden knows best.
