Haydock Tips: Top Boy
Has been in excellent form all season and one of these will eventually all his way.
Top Boy ran a solid race in defeat at Goodwood just over a month ago and off a 3lbs lower mark he can capitalise on the ease in grade in the 3.35 Haydock.
Derek Shaw’s sprinter has been in good form for most of the season, finishing no worse than fourth eight times but only in the last month has his mark started to fall.
This will be the first time he’s raced in class 4 company since April 2014, when he won. He handles cut in the ground and now the handicapper has relented he can win at 6/1 (Boylesports).
