Hamilton Tips: Blaine
Luckless on his last two starts but capable of taking a big sprint handicap judged on his early season form.
Blaine has not enjoyed much luck recently, his rider was unseated last time out and at Ascot two starts back he was drawn on the wrong side in the Buckingham Palace Stakes.
Before that he finished an impressive third at York over 6f and the form has held up well. The second place horse, Baccarat has since gone on to win the Wokingham and Blaine raced more prominently then those who finished around him.
Reasonably treated off a mark of 96, he’s been as high as 107 in his short career, he should go well in the 7.40 Hamilton.
