Goodwood Tips: Billesdon Brook
Should put her experience to good use. Finished strongly over 5f and 6f will suit.
Billesdon Brook is one of only two horses that has already seen a race track in the 2.35 Goodwood and that experience alone could make her tough to beat.
Allied to that, is the fact she ran a nice race on debut. Slowly into stride and then hampered by some early scrimmaging she found herself in rear of a steadily run 5f race.
As the pace quickened she found herself too far back but rallied impressively to grab third with the fastest closing sectional of the race by 0.55s.
She shaped as if should relish the step up to 6f and an adjusted speed rating of 85 is competitive for a two-year-old on debut.
