Gibeon Consistency Rewarded

Gibeon Consistency Rewarded

Gibeon has finished second in two big 10f handicaps this season and sure to run his race again.

Gibeon hasn’t scored since winning a maiden on debut but he’s barely run a bad race since.

Last time out at Newmarket he couldn’t overhaul Resonant who enjoyed the run of the race but he was one of the few to make an impression on the leader and pulled 3.25 lengths clear of the third, running the fastest closing sectional in the process.

He was out classed in a Listed contest in France but before that he finished second in a good handicap at Epsom.

His speed ratings are in the high 90s and although he might not have a huge amount in hand off a mark of 98, he should run a solid race and is a fair each-way bet at 16/1 (Bet365) with 1/4 odds for a top-3 finish.

*Rule 4 deductions of 25p
