Fuelled By Rocket Power

Rocket Power was well positioned in a very slowly run race (116% finishing speed) on debut but he still covered the final 2f in 22.22s, the fourth fastest sectional at the track since May.

He finished behind horses of Marco Botti and John Gosden and although they have not run again since, there is every chance this was an above average maiden.

It is difficult to assign a speed rating in a race with such a steady gallop but Rocket Power gets a rating in the low 80s and with further improvement likely, he could be a good horse.

In the 4.20 Southwell he makes his first start on the Fibresand but James Tate has a 26% strike rate (18-70) at the track so expect him to handle the conditions
