Doncaster Tips: Buying Trouble
Has clocked two big adjusted speed ratings on the all-weather (90-81) and is a sprinter with potential.
Buying Trouble couldn’t land the spoils when we tipped her at Wolverhampton, going down by a short-head but I still believe she is a useful sprinter in the making.
On her second start she clocked a 21.65s closing sectional at Lingfield, earning an adjusted speed rating of 90 and it was a similar story last time at Wolverhampton.
The steady pace meant the winner got first run on her but she clocked a rapid 22.77 closing sectional in defeat, the quickest of the race and earned another big sectional adjusted speed rating of 81.
She looks potential well treated off a mark of 84 but there is the question mark regards the ground. She has never raced on turf and the soft conditions might blunt her speed. Unfortunately we won’t know until she tries it but it’s a risk worth taking.
