Diletta Tommasa Enjoys Wolverhampton
Record at Wolverhampton in class 6 handicaps is 1132 and ran well on her penultimate start.
Diletta Tommasa finished stone-cold last when we tipped her at Lingfield but watching the reply, nothing went right for her.
After a slow start she was trapped in rear behind a steady pace. Aware of the situation Luke Morris pushed her forward to contest the lead but used up too much petrol in the process and she finished a tired seventh of seven.
For the 3.50 Wolverhampton she steps up in trip and considering all her wins have come between 8.5f and 10f that can only be a positive.
The Midlands track is also her favourite venue with a record of 1132 in class 6 handicaps at Wolverhampton.
We only have to go back two starts to find a good level of form. Diletta Tommasa finished second to Pendo, running the fastest closing sectional in defeat and a good adjusted speed rating for the grade. A repeat of that form at her favourite track could make 11/1 (Boylesports) look ludicrous.
