Coillte Cailin Back In Comfort Zone

Wolverhampton Tips: Coillte Cailin Back In Comfort Zone

Step up in class and distance did for her last time but tonight’s conditions much more suitable.

The experiment of running Coillte Cailin over 12f last time didn’t quite work but it wasn’t a disaster either. She was only beaten 4 lengths and her final sectional was comparable with the leading horses, a good effort in a class 4 handicap.

This evening she drops down in grade and distance. Her record over 9.5f at Wolverhampton in class 5/6 handicaps is 231331316 and she was only beaten by 1.25 lengths when sixth.

If anything Coillte Cailin could be called an unlucky loser. She was held up in rear behind a steady pace (105.1% finishing speed) and suffered interference when trying to close on the leaders.

A strong pace or clear passage would have seen her go close and she still clocked the fastest closing sectional.

This is her trip, her grade and she arrives in form. At 5/1 (Bet365) she is a good bet.
