Chelmsford Tips: Tempuran
Ran a fine race in defeat last time and should confirm placings with Cavalieri despite being 1lbs worse off.
The 4.55 Chelmsford is a rematch between Tempuran and Cavalieri where I expect the former to come out on top again.
Tempuran finished a length ahead of Cavalieri at Wolverhampton 16 days ago and even though he is 1lbs worse off at the weights, that is unlikely to be enough to alter the result.
David Bridgwater’s horse ran an adjusted speed rating of 59, which is a good effort for the grade especially considering the steady early gallop.
Visually he was also far more impressive, travailing strongly but struggling to get a clear run, that ultimately compromised his chances of winning. This race is no more difficult and he should win at 15/8 (Betfred).
