Storm Over made a very pleasing return when second at Wolverhampton after a 178-day break and the change of stable and/or the gelding operation could see further improvement to come.
This lightyl raced 5-year-old has always shown ability but he might now be capable of delivering on a more regular basis. All his winning has come at 5f but he is worth a go over further. Nothing was closing quicker at Wolverhampton than Storm Over and that was off a solid gallop, which is why George Scott is streching his stamina to 6f.
The time of that run was good, Storm Over earned an adjusted speed rating of 88 and if he improves for the run he could land his fifth career win.
