Chelmsford Tip: Red Impression

Wide draw but a smart filly. Broke juvenile course record at Lingfield and could have run even quicker. Impressive turn of foot with 21.82s closing sectional, achieved off a true gallop.

Can you win from stall 14 at Chelmsford? That is the question you need to ask in the 7.25 contest because that is where the best horse is berthed.

Red Impression put in a majestic performance when last seen at Lingfield, setting a new juvenile course record by quickening off a true gallop. Her final 2f sectional was 21.82s which is quite amazing for a course record because this is quicker than par. In theory with a more even pace distribution she could have run even faster!

A wide margin winner on both her starts she is clearly a smart filly the question is whether she handles the track and the draw. Sometimes talent just trumps everything else.
