Chelmsford Tip: Jumira Bridge

Running well for Robert Cowell and unlucky when second on all-weather debut behind A Momentofmadness. Clocked an excellent pace adjusted speed rating of 100.

Jumira Bridge has run a couple of nice races on turf this season; he wasn’t beaten far in the Palace House Stakes and more recently was only 3 lengths behind Mr Lupton in a good time at York.

The 4-year-old hasn’t been with Robert Cowell long and promises to be just as good on the all-weather. Back in April he finished 0.75 lengths behind A Momentofmadness who got the run of the race in front. Jumira Bridge was the fastest closer in the race but was left to quicken into an accelerating pace. He looked an unlucky loser and clocked an excellent pace adjusted speed rating of 100.

He can gain compensation at Chelmsford.
