Chelmsford Tip: Daschas
Well backed on last two starts but failed to deliver. A strongly run 5f could be ideal and see his backers finally rewarded.
Daschas has been well backed on his last two starts, both times going off favourite and finishing in the top-3 without winning. He’s been tried at a variety of trips and tracks and it might be third time lucky at Chelmsford.
His sectional timings suggest he is better over 5f. He finished strongly off a moderate 5f gallop when third at Newcastle but was weaker in the closing sectional when racing over 6f at Kempton.
With several front-runners in the line-up he should find the leaders coming back to him and a strongly run 5f could be the making of him.
