Chelmsford City Tips: Cadmium
Last time out she was 0.5s quicker than all her rivals for the final 2f but her inexperienced jockey had left her with too much to do.
Cadmium was a huge eye-catcher on her last start and kept at the same distance and grade she is a cracking bet in the 6.40 Chelmsford.
Last time out she was ridden with too much restraint by her inexperienced jockey and was virtually detached at the halfway stage despite the race being run at an ordinary gallop.
Despite being left with too much ground to make up, Cadmium powered home in 22.9s (wind assisted), which was at least 0.5s quicker than anything else in the field.
Off the same mark, with a fully fledged jockey taking over she is great value at 8/1 (Bet365).
