Finished third on debut but came out best after sectional adjustments and the winner has since scored in Listed company.
Company Asset faces a stiff task against numerous last time out winners in the 3.15 Beverley but her third place finish on debut underplays her ability.
Held-up behind a steady pace she travelled well through the race but was left with too much ground to make up on the winner.
She came home in a rapid 22.5s for the final two furlongs the quickest sectional in the race by at least a length. Considering the winner Delizia has since won a Listed race, the form is strong.
Stall 10 is an obvious issue but being a hold-up horse hopefully, Robert Havlin can tuck her in on the rail behind the leading group.
Kevin Ryan has won this race three times in the last ten years, so he clearly knows what it takes.
