Beware Of The Storm

Stormy Antarctic has finished third in two good races this season and should enjoy step up in trip.

Stormy Antarctic has run two good races in his short career and the 4.05 Sandown looks well within his sphere.

He first caught the eye on debut at Windsor. A wide draw was exacerbated when carried even wider by an unruly rival. His race was ruined but he still ran the quickest closing sectional of the race, faster than Acolyte and Mullionheir managed in the 3-year-old contest later on the card.

At Ascot last time he bumped into the useful Madrinho (now rated 97) and couldn’t make any headway as the leaders enjoyed the run of the race.

His breeding suggests he will be better over further therefore the step up to 7f is to his advantage. He looks the one to beat at 5/2 (Bet365).
