Never out the top-two over course and distance and should improve on his last run, where the soft ground was against him.
Singeur struggled to get through soft ground at Newcastle on his last start but on a sounder surface, he can make use of a good draw in the 3.05 Beverley.
His record over course and distance is 122 and he ran arguably his best race of 2013 at the track when beaten 0.75 lengths by Hadaj.
Singeur wasn’t suited by the even gallop, the leaders didn’t come back to him and when he tried to quicken he found his path blocked.
With 12 runners going to post he will get the strong pace he needs and if he Jason Hart can weave a passage up the far rail then he could win at 11/2 (Boylesports).
