Beverley Tips: Qaaraat
Not been with Antony Brittain long and run well on both starts. Most recently at Newcastle he tried to give chase to the impressive Rumshak and earned a good speed rating in defeat.
Qaaraat has not been with Antony Brittain long but he’s finished first and third in two starts and is heading in the right direction. His win at Leicester is best described as workmanlike; the overall time figure was nothing special but he got the job done.
His next run at Newcastle was more impressive from a speed figure perspective. He gave chase to Rumshak, who set a fierce early gallop and paid the penalty. The winner did extremely well to make all and is potentially a useful sprinter but Qaaraat was clear second best on the day despite finishing third.
In defeat he ran an adjusted seed rating (75) that is good enough to win a class 5 handicap and he is well draw in stall 2.
