Bath Tips: Vivre La Reve
Shown nothing recently but unlucky when beaten a short-head four starts back. David Probert has 20% strike-rate for James Unett.
The 2.10 Bath isn’t a strong race for the grade and that is reflected in the betting being wide open.
Vivre La Reve has been fairly abject in her last three races, beating a grand total of three horses but she is perhaps worth a punt at a massive price.
There is little to recommend her on recent efforts but go four starts back and she was unlucky when only beaten a short-head at Wolverhampton. Trapped in a pocket, hampered and then forced to race tight against the far rail, nothing went right for her but she still clocked the fastest closing sectional and would have won granted a clear run.
She is unraced on turf but that unknown could work in our favour. David Probert takes the ride and has an impressive 20% strike-rate (9-46) when riding for James Unett.
At 50/1 (Betfred), there are enough positive to warrant a small investment.
