Bath Tip: Powerful Dream
Record in class 6 handicaps is 11421 and has run well in better races this season; often tracking a strong pace which has exacerbated her margin of defeat.
Powerful Dream has quickly worked her way down the handicap, starting the season running in a class 4, taking her chances in a class 5 contest on Friday she is now pitched into a class 6 handicap. She’s run respectably in those higher grades but in class 6 handicaps her record is an impressive 11421.
On her most recent outing she was beaten 4.75 lengths but it was a race run at a strong gallop and in a good time for the grade, the form looks above average for the type of contest.
It was a similar story on her seasonal return at Bath where she again well ran for a long way tracking a strong pace. She likes quick ground, has won at this track three times (once at 5f), and should run another big race.
