Wiesberger Enjoying The Desert
Has finished T6-3-T4-T17-T26 in his last five starts in the desert and sure to contend again.
The Qatar Masters is the weakest of the events in the Desert Swing but form from Abu Dhabi and Dubai travels well and that brings Bernd Wiesberger into the equation.
Last week he trundled along with three rounds of 70 for a T26, never really threatening but still playing OK considering it was his first stroke-play event of the year.
The talented Austrian has now finished T6-3-T4-T17-T26 in his last five starts in the desert and conditions clearly suit his game.
Wiesberger is starting to contend on a regular basis on the European Tour and after finishing third last year there is a strong chance he contends again.
Of those near the top of the market he represents the best value at 28/1 (BetVictor).
