Texas Open Tips: Daniel Summerhays
Finished T7 last year and enjoying another productive season.
Daniel Summerhays is another player searching for his first tour win and like many of his ilk, he will have taken great encouragement from Matt Every’s victory at Bay Hill.
The 31-year-old has struggled in his last two tournaments but overall his game is in good shape; he sits 63rd in the FedEx Cup and ranks 43rd for adjusted scoring average.
On his last two visits to TPC San Antonio, Summerhays has finished T29-T7, breaking 70 three times in the tournament last year.
He is a player capable of winning at this level and we should get a run for our money at 100/1 (Bet365).
