ULF Championship Tips: Keith Mitchell

Having used the 2008 AJGA Rolex Tournament of Champions form to pick Talor Gooch we have to select Keith Mitchell for the same reason.

He finished T36 at Victoria National as a junior but even without that bit of form he’d be a strong pick this week.

The 25-year-old is yet to miss a cut on the Web.com Tour this season with finishes of 32-27-5-45, whilst he also Monday Qualified for the Valspar Championship and finished T11.
A missed cut at last year’s ULF Championship is the only blot on his copy book but he returns a much better player.

Amongst the longest hitters on tour (ranked third in driving distance) he should be suited by the soft conditions. He is also fourth in the all-around ranking, which means there is more to his game than ripping it off the tee. At 50/1 (BetVictor) he is a solid bet.
