Tour Championship Tip: Justin Rose

Has finished 2-6-4-2 on last four visits to East Lake and has hit form again during the Playoffs.

The Tour Championship isn’t an event I particularly enjoy betting on. A limited field of 30-runners it feels like an exhibition event, except for those playing for $10million, a sum of money that tends to focus the mind.

Justin Rose doesn’t need the money (welcome though it is) but he does need a win because he’s won every calendar year since 2010 but is lacking in this department in 2017.

Since a gut-wrenching loss at Augusta it’s been all downhill for the Englishman until the playoffs where he’s strung together three top-10s. Putting has been the problem this season (124th in strokes gained) but the strength tee-to-green is still there.

East Lake is one of the tougher venues on tour but Rose has a good record at this event with finishes of 11-15-20-2-6-4-2 and given his good form he should go close again.
