The Brice Is Right

Finished T36 last year but hit more fairways and GIRs than the winner Chris Kirk.

Having started with the obvious selection of Scott Brown we are closing our portfolio with the obscure.

You could be forgiven for ignoring Brice Garnett last season even though he made 20/28 cuts.

From 20 weekend starts, he only managed two top-25 finishes; however his lack of consistency isn’t something to be derided. If he keeps making cuts eventually he will shoot the lights out one Saturday and get into contention.

Last year Garnett finished T36 at Sea Island and it was a tournament full of promise. He hit 73% of fairways and 78% of GIRs; better numbers than winner Chris Kirk who registered figures of 68% and 76% respectively.

Garnett has finished T46-T63 so far this season but if he keeps plugging away the putts will drop. He could give us a run for our money at 300/1 (Skybet) with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
