Greenbrier Classic Tips: Brad Fritsch

Registered a recent top-5 on the Web.com Tour and finished T41 last year despite trailing the field in strokes gained putting.

Owing to his tour status, Brad Fritsch has to take whatever opportunities come his way, which means he can often be found plying his trade on the Web.com Tour.

If you just focus on PGA Tour results you wouldn’t give him much hope, but he’s actually in reasonable form having finished T59-T4-MC-MC-T35 on his last five starts at any level.

Even his missed cut at the Travelers Championship was encouraging after he shot a superb opening round of 65.

The 36-year-old Canadian finished T41 at last year’s Greenbrier Classic but it could have been so much better. He dropped 14 places on Sunday and couldn’t buy a putt all week, finishing 70th and last in strokes gained putting.

If Fritsch can find some confidence on the greens, he could outrun his price of 350/1 (Bet365).
