Stonebrae Classic Tips: Tony Finau
Makes plenty of birdies and eagles and should take advantage of the par-5s with his length. Only missed one cut since the end of March.
Winners at TPC Stonebrae have always taken apart the par-5s therefore we must include Tony Finau.
The big hitting American is 10th for driving distance and 6th in holes per eagle, so there should be no holding back on the par-5s.
The 24-year-old deserves to finish the season with at least one win; he’s only missed one cut since the end of March and has finished T28-T4-T16-5-MC in his last five tournaments.
Sat 24th on the money list he needs to keep pushing until the end of the season which makes him a good each-way bet at 33/1 (Stan James).
