Small Business Connection Tips: Roberto Castro
Uncharacteristically poor back nine on Saturday at Hotel Fitness Championship ruined an otherwise strong showing. T10 last year.
Our tip for last week’s Hotel Fitness Championship may have finished T44 but Roberto Castro could have cracked the top-10 but for a wretched back nine on Saturday.
Castro shot an uncharacteristic 42 coming home, having got himself well positioned through the front nine.
I’m willing to forgive him this aberration because River Run is a course that should suit him.
Last year he finished T10 despite struggling tee-to-green for most of the week.
The 30-year-old returns in much better form. He has not missed a cut since late June despite most of his starts coming on the PGA Tour.
At 80/1 (Stan James), he is a lively each-way bet.
