Louisiana Open Tips: Chase Wright
Excellent driver of the ball who has already showed glimpses of form this season.
Good drivers of the ball have prospered at Le Triomphe Golf & Country Club and Chase Wright falls into that category.
Last season he ranked 32nd in total driving (2015 figures aren’t available) and his power means he should gobble up the four par-5s on the card.
The 25-year-old has shown flashes of brilliance this season with a T3 at the Colombia Championship and a T16 at the Chile Classic, where he broke 70 in all four rounds.
Wright’s T4 finish at the Boise Open last year proved he could bully a course into submission and he ranked 10th in par-5 scoring so a good week is on the cards at 100/1 (Ladbrokes).
