KLM Open Trends

The KLM Open returns to Kennemer Golf Club for the third year in a row. We look at the trends of past winners.

After a three-year stint at Hilversumsche GC, the KLM Open stays at Kennemer Golf and Country Club for the third year in succession. It is an old fashioned course with a links feel but also has some tree-lined holes.

The tournament was held at Kennemer GC for four years between 2006 and 2009, long enough to generate some trends.

Top-60 on tour for scoring average
Five of the last six winners at Kennemer ranked inside the top-60 on tour for scoring average. The exception was Ross Fisher who ranked 64th when triumphant in 2007.

Good form at Kennemer GC
Simon Dyson is a repeat winner of the KLM Open and finished second last year, therefore it’s worth looking at past results for potential course specialists.
