European Masters Tips: Danny Willett

Record at Crans-sur-Sierre is T23-T42-T25-T2-T26 and is enjoying another excellent season on tour.

Punters are often put off Danny Willett because of his recurring back injury but the 26-year-old isn’t completely made of glass.

Yes, he’s withdrawn from two events this year but apart from the Open Championship, they are the only occasions he’s failed to make the weekend. If Willett tees it up you generally get a good run for your money.

The 26-year-old has eleven top-25 finishes this season and another bold show can be expected in Switzerland.

Willett was runner-up in 2012 and his record at Crans-sur-Sierre is T23-T42-T25-T2-T26.

At 28/1 (Paddy Power) he is a solid each-way bet with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.

*Dead-heat for T5 meant stake was halved.
