Czech Masters: Bradley Dredge

Czech Masters: Bradley Dredge

Runner up in 2014 and no one in the field has a lower scoring average from a minimum of 10 starts this season.

Bradley Dredge was runner-up in the Czech Masters two years ago and given his current form he could go one better. The 43-year-old is enjoying a renaissance this season, he sits 26th in the Race to Dubai, his best placing since 2007 and a third tour win is long overdue.

The Welshman is currently eighth on tour for stroke average (minimum 30 rounds) and with the seven above him all absent for the Czech Republic, he leads the field in scoring this week.

The lack of a win since the 2006 European Masters is an obvious concern but in a weak field I’d have expected him to be much shorter. At 40/1 (Bet365) we can still make a healthy profit from a top-5 finish.
