Bohn Of Contention

Bohn Of Contention

Jason Bohn has plenty of course experience and did well to finish T9 at Quail Hollow considering it is too long for him.

Jason Bohn falls into the journeyman category but at least he has two tour wins to his name in 2005 and 2010. The pattern dictates he wins every five years so perhaps this is his time!

Currently sat 59th in the FedEx Cup standings, Bohn is enjoying his best season in almost a decade and a win wouldn’t be completely unexpected.

The 42-year-old showed up well at Quail Hollow with a T9 finish, a fine effort considering the course is too long for him.

Bohn is ranked 187th for driving distance but 8th for accuracy and courses like Colonial where you have to plot your way round are more to his liking.

Bohn has plenty of course experience having played at Colonial eight times only missing the cut twice.

If he can continue where he left off last week then he is a cracking each-way bet at 150/1 (Betfred).
