Colombia Championship Tips: Cracking The Cody In Colombia

Cody Gribble narrowly missed out on a tour card last season and is familiar with conditions having played the LatinoAmerica Tour in 2014

Cody Gribble advertised his talents with a T21 at the 2014 US Open and although he’s been forced to work his way through the ranks it should stand him good stead. Last season he missed a PGA Tour card by two spots so expect him to put things right with a fast start to the season.

The 25-year-old has a solid all round game, which should make him competitive on almost any course the Web.com Tour throws at him.

He missed the cut last week but don’t be unduly worried because he shot a second round 69 and perhaps needed to work off some competitive rust.

He spent a large part of the 2014 season on the LatinoAmerica tour, making the cut at two events in Colombia, so he should be familiar with the conditions. At 100/1 (Bet365) he is a cracking each-way bet.
