Wiesberger With Relish
Ranked second on the European Tour for scoring average and finished T12 in 2013.
Bernd Wiesberger started the European Tour in scintillating form with three top-6 finishes in the Desert Swing and a runners-up spot in Malaysia.
The quality of those events is commensurate with the BMW PGA Championship and he is therefore overpriced at 66/1 (Skybet).
Wiesberger has finished MC-T53-T12-T46 in four visits to Wentworth but his T53 in 2012 could have been so much better but for a third round 83 in difficult conditions.
The Austrian didn’t pull up many tress on a foray to the US but a T22 at the Masters was respectable and back amongst familiar surrounds he can go well with 1/4 odds for a top-6 finish.
