Moore Of The Same

Moore Of The Same

Finished T11 in 2013 and another accurate driver of the ball who should enjoy the course.

If driving accuracy is the deciding factor this week (and it was in 2013) then Ryan Moore must enter our staking plan.

The 32-year-old arrives in Chicago on the back of two missed cuts but I wouldn’t be too concerned. In 2013 he finished T25-75 in the first two Playoff events before finishing T11 at Conway Farms, shooting three rounds in the 60s.

It has been another solid season for Moore. He won the CIMB Classic back in November and although he has not threatened of late he did finish T10 at the Wyndham Championship.

His strength is accuracy off the tee (14th in driving accuracy) and although he can sometimes be a streaky putter he’s been good enough to win three times in the last four seasons.

At 150/1 (Boylesports) he is a good each-way bet with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish plus with Boylesports we get our money back if he finishes second or third, including ties.
