Meat On The Bohn

Has four top-15 finishes in his last six starts and accurate players usual come to the fore at Conway Farms

The BMW Championship returns to Conway Farms for the first time since 2013 and although the course has been altered, it has only been made tougher.

Looking through the last leaderboard, it was a course that favoured nudgers. Zach Johnson, Jim Furyk, Luke Donald and Steve Stircker were all in the top-5.

Driving accuracy could be the key factor and that brings Jason Bohn into the equation.

The 42-year-old has been putting up some excellent statistics all season but his lack of length off the tee (179 in driving distance) means there are certain courses he cannot compete on.

Aside from distance, everything is working in Bohn’s game. He ranks in the top-30 for diving accuracy, GIRs, strokes gained putting and adjusted scoring average.

With two second places already this season his confidence is high. Don’t read too much into a missed cut at the Deutsche Bank because before that he’d finished T13-T12-T4-T37-T9.

At 125/1 (Paddy Power), he is a cracking each-way bet with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
