Pebble Beach Tips: Aaron Baddeley
One of the best putters on tour and has three top-15 finishes in the last four years.
Aaron Baddeley seems to have been around forever but the Australian is only 33 and in his prime.
The 3-time tour winner has suffered some inconsistent runs of form over the years but the one thing that always holds-up is his putting.
Baddeley has ranked inside the top-10 for strokes gaining putting for the last three seasons and the flat-stick often wins tournaments.
The Poa Annua greens are not to everyone’s tastes but it doesn’t affect Baddeley. In the last five years he has finished MC-T6-4-T12-T56 and whatever his form, he raises his game for Pebble Beach.
At 80/1 (Bet365) he could make it back-to-back wins for Australia, with ¼ odds for a top-5 finish.
