Mulroy Looks Good In Alfred Dunhill
Has finished T16 in two Pro-Ams this year and finished sixth at this event in 2013.
Garth Mulroy has spent the majority of the season on the Web.com Tour and apart from a T3 in the Utah Championship, he’s struggled to make an impact Stateside.
The South African has gone T72-MC since returning to Europe but the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship should spark a revival.
Mulroy finished sixth in the 2013 edition, making just four bogeys during his four rounds for an impressive score of 20-under.
The relaxed format of the week, where professionals play with a celebrity across three different courses, seems to suit Mulroy. In two Pro-Ams this year he has finished T16 at the Dimension Data and BMW Charity Pro-Am respectively.
There are enough causes for optimism and at 500/1 (Stan James) he is a lively each-way bet.
