Bosnia v Iran Tip

Carlos Queiroz's team surprised everyone by shutting out Argentina until Messi struck in injury time.

I’ll hold my hand up and say that I was a big promoter of Bosnia before this tournament kicked off and now they are set to head home after two defeats. However, in my defence, it was hard to imagine that Safet Susic would ditch the attacking tactics which served them so well in qualifying.

Bosnia have moved to a less effective 4-2-3-1 system which has seen Vedad Ibisevic drop to the bench. But even if they recall the striker on Wednesday, I still don’t fancy them to win a dead rubber.

Iran could easily have beaten Argentina despite only having 24% of possession and their resolute back line makes them a threat in any fixture. Having drawn with Nigeria 0-0, three points might even see the Persians sneak into the last 16. They are worth a flutter to win here at best odds of 14/5 with Bet365.
